We had a fantastic stay at Gennadi Grand Resort! The staff was super friendly and helpful, explaining everything to us upon arrival. The room upgrade to a sea view room was a pleasant surprise and made our vacation even better. The room itself was spacious, modern, and had all the amenities we needed, including a coffee machine. The resort had excellent Wi-Fi connection and 24-hour room service, which was a great convenience. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The main pool was clean and enjoyable, and we loved the beach party on Thursday night. The spa was also top-notch, and we thoroughly enjoyed our couple's massage. a great experience!

The staff was friendly, and the resort itself was beautiful. We also loved the free room upgrade to a private pool, which was incredibly comfortable. The facilities, including the gym, restaurant, and pools, were fantastic. Perfect for party people!

We can confidently recommend this all-inclusive Greek resort for a luxurious and relaxing vacation. With direct access to a beautiful beach, it's an ideal choice for families or elderly clients. The rooms are furnished with high-quality materials and include coffee, water, and Korres cosmetics. You'll begin the day with a delicious and varied breakfast buffet, and there are also live cooking stations. The Thalasso SPA provides amazing treatments.

There were a few minor details not to like. The restaurant can be inflexible about clearing buffets promptly.

We spent Christmas at this resort and enjoyed the private pool and the delicious breakfast buffet. The bus stop right outside the resort was very convenient for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and welcoming which was a highlight of the stay.

The distance from nightlife and bars, walking was not an option, so we had to take a car or the bus. The beach needed better access and some of our favorite drinks were not available at the beach bar.

Spent Christmas at a hotel and the complimentary hot chocolate and cookies were a nice touch. Enjoyed the daily activities, especially the yoga on the beach. The hotel was in a beautiful location with stunning views and a private beach.

Not enough entertainment in the evenings and the staff seemed to lack enthusiasm. The food was mediocre and overpriced for what it was.

The food at the buffet was delicious and there were also a la carte restaurants available. The swimming pools were super nice, with good vibes and comfortable lounging areas. I loved that I could use the app to order drinks without leaving my spot. the resort had great facilities and there were daily events and entertainment to enjoy. The location of the resort may not be ideal for young people or couples as it is quite far from other attractions.

The restaurants were splendid, with an excellent buffet service, making our all-inclusive package truly worth the money. The staff were always kind, helpful, and attentive to our every need.

The only minor issue was that the live entertainment was slightly repetitive throughout our stay. However, it was a minor inconvenience, and the hotel made up for it with its various other activities.

The Gennadi Grand Resort in Gennadi is fantastic! Spacious rooms, top-notch facilities, and friendly staff. The private pool was amazing, and the common pool looked great too. The architecture is modern and minimalist. The breakfast had a large choice of fresh food. The hotel app made ordering food and activities easy.

Everything is what i need and want.
